The purpose of our pregnancy plus programs is to discuss and educate mothers about:

Various changes the body undergoes through each trimester, and strategies to cope with these changes. How to optimize your pelvic floor function during pregnancy and post partum. Labour and the pelvic floor. Exercising safely during pregnancy and post partum. Body healing, mental health and working towards a functional core. Postnatal care (The fourth trimester) Incontinence, prolapse, pain during intercourse, diastasis recti (mommy tummy), scar tissue management, pelvic pain. Resources and support to find help with regards to mental health, breastfeeding issues and nutrition.
